I retired from the Union Pacific Railroad in 2019. I worked for the company for 21 years, first in the Engineering Department (MOW) for 2 years before my transfer to the Transportation Department.
I finished my career in the Transportation Department as a freight conductor.
During my career with the railroad, I became an officer with the then United Transportation Union (now SMART) where I held multiple positions including President, Local Chairman, and State Legislative Director.
I have been working with Rossi Vucinovich PC since my retirement from the Union Pacific Railroad in 2019.
My railway experience provided me with intimate knowledge on FELA and how it affects the relationship between employee and employer. I enjoy sharing this knowledge with others.
I enjoy working within Rossi Vucinovich because it allows me to help railroad workers and their families.
