Coby Cohen is an experienced injury lawyer who strategically assesses every case, seeking to efficiently and effectively obtain results for his clients. With extensive jury trial experience and a career dealing with often time-sensitive and sometimes extremely complex matters, Coby recognizes the importance of being alert to his clients’ needs and finding the best paths to meet them.
Coby has a unique background that has created a tremendous foundation for his work on behalf of clients of Rossi Vucinovich. His experience includes handling complex commercial litigation with one of the largest law firms in the Seattle area, trying criminal cases for the State of Washington with the King County Prosecutor’s Office, handling a variety of matters, including financial services litigation, in a small firm, managing KinderCare Education’s nationwide litigation, disputes and crises, and handling complex litigation, including personal injury matters, at a well-regarded litigation boutique.
Coby also obtained his MBA with Honors from the University of Washington Foster School of Business during his legal career.
Coby came to Rossi Vucinovich because he wants to help achieve results for those who have been harmed, whether in FELA (railroad injury) cases or other catastrophic injury cases. Coby works hard on behalf of all of his clients to achieve the results they deserve.
Coby is admitted to practice in Washington, Oregon, and California. He earned his law degree from New York University School of Law, a Bachelor’s degree with Honors from the University of California at Berkeley, and an MBA with Honors from the University of Washington Foster School of Business. He enjoys the outdoors and spending time with his family.
